Yes, the hand cards came out today and I carded 9 rolags to spin. I don’t think they’re very good, they’re not very tight, but I should be able to spin them.
This is another one of those areas where practice makes better. My last rolags today were better than the first ones, and I started to feel how to roll them tighter. Five of them are just plain white Targhee, fiber from my class, and for the other four I blended in some teal wool that I had pulled from the last art batt. I’ll start spinning them tomorrow.
Before I did the carding, I finished spinning the dark sparkly fiber, and it will get plied tonight after I eat dinner.
